7-Day Replacement Policy

At Creative India Store, we offer replacements only — no refunds or returns. All orders are eligible for a replacement if the request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories.

Photographic or video proof of the defect/damage is mandatory.

The order must have been purchased directly from our official website creativeindiastore.in.
How It Works

Contact us at info@the-creativeindia.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order details and proof photos/videos.

Upon approval, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value within 180 days.
Exclusions
Replacements will not be provided for:

Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

Products missing original packaging or accessories.

Purchases from unauthorized sellers.

Custom-made or clearance sale items.

Items that have undergone unauthorized repairs or alterations.
